Single Rotor Rakes
Kverneland compact single rotors are simple and effective rakes ideal for small farms. The compact and light design of the single rotor rakes allows operation by smaller tractors. The Kverneland range offers ProLine and CompactLine models in mounted or trailed versions, with working widths from 3.20 m to 4.70 m.
Twin Rotor Rakes
Kverneland offers cost-effective double rotor rakes with a strong design. The rakes produce a nice side and centre swath from raking widths of between 6.40m and 9.0m. They are mounted on a strong and stable frame to ensure a long lifetime. Features such as actively steered wheels, the TerraLink Quattro system and hydraulically working width adjustment are standard - except for the low-cost start-up models.
Four Rotor Rakes
Kverneland four-rotor rakes are targeted at making light work of tough and demanding operations. With impressive capacity and working widths of up to 15.0m, they incorporate straightforward design and the possibility to adjust both work and swath width, boosting the complete process of collection and pick-up, adapting to changing crop intensity during the season. Kverneland rotary rakes are designed to produce well-shaped and clean swaths, achieved by precision in every part of the rake. This gives you as a customer the perfect row to get your crop harvested.
Kverneland 3200 series
Kverneland 3200 series with a working width of 2.40 - 3.16m is fitted with either roller or SemiSwing conditioner. The machine is centre suspended providing an even weight distribution and excellent ground contour following. The mower is folded into a vertical transport position using a hydraulic cylinder. The machine is optionally available with hydraulic spring adjustment. It also offers a large degree of operating adaptability, as they are factory fitted with the option of being operated with either 540 or 1000 rpm.
Kverneland 3300 MT/MR series
Kverneland 3300 MT/MR series, with working widths of 3.16 - 3.60m, is fitted with the Kverneland QuattroLink suspension and choice of SemiSwing steel tine or roller conditioner. The QuattroLink mowers have been designed for even more productivity and to handle tougher conditions than ever. With its´ accurate ground following ability and highly flexible working range, QuattroLink provides supreme capacity. The mowing unit is pulled by the 4-arm suspension, fitted onto a fixed carrying arm that allows the mowing unit to float independently over the field, adjusting precisely and instantly to any changes in ground contours. Vario model is fitted with hydraulic SideShift integrated into the carrying arm allowing each mowing unit to move 400mm.
Kverneland 3600 series
Kverneland 3600 series, with SemiSwing or roller conditioner and 2.81 - 3.60m working width, features a floating suspension concept with three dimensional adaption, with excellent down and upwards ground following ability of 250mm and 420mm respectively in addition to a 24â° transverse adaptation ability. This ensures excellent adaptation to uneven ground contours and higher reachable speed. The Kverneland ActiveLift system ensures maximum protection of the cutterbar during operation. If hitting an obstacle the mower will move back and up.
Kverneland 3300 F series
Kverneland 3300 F series, with SemiSwing or roller conditioner and working widths of 3.16 - 3.60m, brings new comfortable features to front mounted mower conditioners. It is the ideal combination of effective suspension concept for accurate cutting performance and new operator friendly features. It is designed around the ProLink suspension, an extremely responsive and durable concept. With its floating 3-dimensional suspension, it delivers excellent ground tracking for accurate cutting performance and great cutterbar protection.
Kverneland 5087 MT/MN
Kverneland 5087 MT/MN with a working width of 8.75m is fitted with SemiSwing conditioner. It is an uncomplicated triple mower designed to lower operating costs in terms of power and fuel consumptions, with power requirements starting at only 150hp. It comes standard with an integrated parking foot for easy and convenient parking, requiring a minimum of space during winter storage. The machine is optionally available with hydraulic spring adjustment.
Kverneland 4300 trailed mower conditioners
Kverneland 4300 trailed mower conditioners are available in working widths of 2.18 – 4.7m and specifications include left hand or centre pivot drawbar and choice of SemiSwing or roller conditioner. With features such as low maintenance cutterbar, SuperFloat suspension, and optionals such as BX AutoSwather belt and FlipOver widespreading, this machine is ready to meet every request with exceptional performance. The change-over from single swathing to swath belt or wide spreading is very easy, and done in a short time.
